Home Staging Consultations
The consultation is a 1.5 to 2 hour, room by room, prioritized, interior and exterior written assessment of your home that encompasses the following elements, all geared towards maximizing your return on investment for selling your home:
- curb appeal
- specific de-cluttering advice
- furniture placement
- accessorizing using existing furnishings
- recommendations and/or options for furniture, artwork or accessories needed, but not present in the home
- deferred maintenance issues
- specific paint color recommendations as needed
- updating and/or upgrading suggestions such as countertops, cabinets, lighting and flooring
We will also prepare a staging proposal at no cost to you for additional labor should you need assistance to complete the staging process. We also offer labor for de-cluttering assistance as a follow up to the consultation for an additional fee.
Vacant Home Staging
Let us take care of turning your home into a house every prospective buyer will envy. We simply need access to the property to preview the home in person in order to prepare a proposal for staging. We provide a specific home staging plan based upon the needs of the home, and geared towards the demographics of the buyer. There is never a fee for us to come to your vacant home simply to prepare a proposal. Contact us to schedule your complimentary home staging estimate.
Occupied Home Staging
If you will be living in your home while it is on the market, we begin first with the staging consultation. The consultation identifies what you as the home owner can do to prepare your home for sale and saves you money in the long run. If your home is lacking in furniture, artwork or decorative accessories, or should you need assistance completing the plan, we are happy to provide a proposal at no additional charge after the consultation has been completed.
