Lydia Wroth, Owner, ASP®, IAHSP®

Lydia discovered Home Staging as a career in 2014 when she and her husband decided to downsize and sell their home in Northern Virginia, and their realtor provided a consultation with a Home Staging professional. After executing the Stager's recommendations, their home went under contract the first weekend it was on the market for full asking price. When Lydia's husband landed his dream job in Mooresville, NC just seven months after purchasing their townhouse, it was time to sell again. This time, their realtor trusted Lydia to handle her own staging. Not only did their home go under contract the first weekend on the market, receiving multiple offers, it sold for $7,000 above asking price.

Prior to Home Staging, Lydia spent five years working for the federal government after holding various positions as an administrative assistant. In addition, she had her first unofficial staging experience in 2007 while flipping a 105 year old cotton mill house in Wake Forest, NC with her husband where she used her own furniture and decor to stage the vacant property after completing extensive remodeling to the house (see Portfolio). As a military spouse of ten years, Lydia brings her passion for Home Staging along with the personal experience of moving six times throughout the years.

Lydia is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®) and a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP®).
